Amazon has expanded its Pantry to 300 new cities across India. The service will allow people in cities such as Allahabad, Amreli, Bareilly, Betul, Bhopal, Bundi, Bhandara, Churu, Deogarh, Gonda, Jammu, Jhansi, Kathua, Kozhikode, Malda, Moradabad, Nainital, Pathankot, Rajkot, Shimla, Udaipur and Varanasi among others to order groceries on Amazon and get it delivered to their homes.
With this, Amazon Pantry is now available to customers in more than 10,000 pin codes across the country. This includes small towns such as Bharatpur in Rajasthan, Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh, Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh, Fatehabad in Haryana and Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh among others.
To give you a brief about the service, Amazon Pantry was launched in India back in 2016 with the program piloting in Hyderabad. Over the years, the company has expanded the service, which provides a selection of 3,000 products from more than 200 brands on subscribers’ doorsteps, to over 300 cities across the country.
Notably, while this service delivers groceries within just 1-2 days in most cities it is operational in, in select cities which includes Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune, customers can choose from convenient time slots to schedule their Pantry deliveries.
