Need for speed: No Limits

For a '90s kid, Need For Speed (NFS) is definitely a formative experience in the world of multi-gaming. You must have spent your childhood under a rock if you haven't experienced the adrenaline rush of the mean machines racing on the tracks of Normandy and Monte Carlo. However, over the last few years, the game seems to have lost its touch. So, one can imagine our excitement, when we tried the first mobile version of EA Games's hit franchise — Need For Speed: No Limits. The game, however, failed to live up to our expectations.

Available on Android and iOS, the size of the app is a drawback (almost 800MB). Our phone (Moto G Gen 3) slowed down and the battery drained. The visuals were far from breathtaking and the innovation standards for higher levels were poor. The game demands you complete a sizeable number of levels before unlocking new cars without giving you the option to pay for new ones. The game's best feature, however, is that it allows users to customise the vehicle.
