Elon Musk gets GREEN Light! Twitter acquisition to be revealed soon

After weeks of uncertainty, Elon Musk has bought Twitter for $43 billion.

Elon Musk finally gets GREEN Light for Twitter acquisition dreams! In a major announcement, Twitter finally agreed to accept Elon Musk’s offer to buy the social media giant for a whopping $43 billion, this could rank as one of the biggest-ever internet acquisitions we have ever seen, Bloomberg mentioned in its latest reported. It further mentions that if negotiations go smoothly, Twitter is working to hammer out terms of a transaction and could reach an agreement as soon.

However, at this moment Elon Musk has yet to confirm about the Twitter acquisition. He hasn't put up any tweet or any update on any of his social media platform as of now. Twitter has also yet to put out the official announcement regarding the deal.

Elon Musk to get $43 billion bid in Twitter

Elon Musk has been actively expressing his desire to buy Twitter since long. Musk have been vocal about the 'need of change' in one of the biggest social media platform while looking at the on-going circumstances. He even asked publicly asked whether there is a need for a ‘new platform’. Moreover, he took a another poll to ask twitteratis to know how many of them wanted the much awaited “Edit” button on the Twitter. Surprisingly, within a few days, Twitter officially revealed that an 'Edit' button is on the way to make user experience more pleasant.

At starting of the month, the whole internet flooded with a major update that the Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk has taken a 9.2 percent stake in Twitter to become the platform’s biggest shareholder. But soon after the announcement, Tesla owner had placed a hostile bid to takeover the entire Twitter, offering to pay $54.20 per share in cash. The micro-blogging site had also responded to the development with their official statement that it has received an unsolicited, non-binding proposal from Elon Musk to acquire all of the company's stocks for $54.20 per share.

Elon Musk has always mentioned that Twitter needs to be taken private to grow and become a genuine platform for free speech. And now, the latest Twitter acquisition update by the billionaire seems like a major step for the Musk’s dream of Twitter.
