Govee unveils AI Gaming Sync Box Kit at CES 2023

Govee, the smart home products innovator, has unveiled the first of its kind AI Gaming Sync Box Kit, which provides an innovative gaming lighting experience. It was Govee’s first AI powered product at the Consumer Electronics Show 2023 (CES). Calling it the first-to-market AI powered lighting solution for the gaming industry, it was unveiled at Govee's CES experience at Venetian Expo booth #51232.

The AI Gaming Sync Box Kit uses proprietary Govee-AI technology to learn and identify key on-screen moments during gaming and bring those scenes to life with the help of corresponding real-time lighting effects. This creates an immersive lighting environment, elevating the gaming experience without any effect of external light environment. This eliminates various issues that have persisted lighting kits in the market today, such as low colour-capture accuracy and slow performance. With the help of AI, it ensures that lighting is matched perfectly without any compromise to performance.

According to Govee, it is the first HDMI gaming lighting solution capable of 240Hz refresh rate and real-time content-reactive syncing, with a delay time of less than 16 milliseconds This creates a new standard for an immersive gaming experience.

Govee AI Gaming Sync Box Kit supports multiple resolutions and refresh rates - 4k 60Hz, 2k 144Hz, and 1080p 240Hz. It also has support for standard industry technologies such as Smart control, HDR, Dolby Vision, CEC and more. Powered by INT4 14.4TOPs computing power thanks to AI SoC chips and Govee-AI CogniGlow algorithm, it perfectly provides real-time lighting effects on your game screen with up to 30 customized game lighting effects of each game. The Govee AI Gaming Sync Box Kit features 3 HDMI IN ports and 1 HDMI OUT port, fulfilling your requirement even if you have multiple devices connected.

The company is also aiming to show its first Matter certified product, the Govee LED Strip Light M1 (2m), which is expected to launch in 2023 with more Matter certified products planned for the future.
