RateGain Travel IPO share allotment status finalisation date is today and here is how investors can check the same online. RateGain Travel Technologies initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on December 7 and it is likely to finalise its share allotment today. The public issue worth ₹1,335.74 crores closed for a subscription on December 9, 2021. It received bids for 30.20 crore equity shares against the IPO size of 1.73 crore equity shares which is almost 17.41 times.

According to the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the shares set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) were subscribed 8.42 times. Whereas the non-institutional investors’ portion was booked 42.04 times and the retail individual investors (RIIs) were booked 8.08 times. Since the allotment status is likely to open today on December 14, here’s how subscribers can access it on the official website of BSE or the registrar KFin Technologies Private Limited. However, investors should know that the finalisation of allotment cannot happen till all approvals are not received from SEBI.

Step 1: Visit the official website of BSE or click on the direct link https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx.

Step 2: On the official page, you will be required to mark the issue type i.e, Equity and select the issue name ‘RateGain Travel Technologies Limited’ from dropbox.

Step 4: Next, enter your application number and PAN card ID.

Step 6: Click on 'I am not a Robot' and hit submit. The allotment status will be displayed.

Step 1: Visit the official website of KFin Technologies or click here https://kcas.kfintech.com/ipostatus/.

Step 2: Now, select the name of the IPO from dropbox

Step 3: Choose either one of the three modes: Application number, Client ID or PAN ID to login

Step 4: Choose application type i.e, ASBA or non-ASBA.

Step 5: Now, enter the application details and verify the captcha

Step 6: Click on the submit and the allotment status will be opened.

According to data from IPO Watch, the shares of RateGain Travel were trading at a premium of ₹45, a day ahead of the listing i.e, December 13.
