Apple today resolved the iCloud sign-in issue nearly 36 hours after it was first reported. The problem began at around 4:45 AM ET on December 25 and it was resolved this morning.

Google has asked Chromium developers to stop using the decade-old Windows 7 operating system. Google on its Chromium resource page also confirmed that it no longer supports Windows 7 for building Chromium.
