How to schedule tweets:

When you are tweeting from the desktop, you will spot a little icon that looks like the calendar icon with a little clock on it.

Once you are done composing your tweet, you need to click on this new schedule icon and pick a date and time. Then you need to confirm it. That’s it, then you are done. Your tweet will be sent out exactly at the time you have selected.

If you have scheduled tweets earlier, you will be able to see them all under the scheduled tweets header under the date and time selection window. This makes it easier for you to figure out when the last tweet has been scheduled for so you can schedule the next one accordingly.

This schedule tweet feature is very useful for those handles that tweet news etc.

Besides this, Twitter has also rolled out a new feature that allows you to discover new lists and add them to your feed.

Twitter users will now be able to see a “Show more recommendations” option under the ‘Discover new lists’ section where you can browse through lists that might interest you. Currently, this feature is being rolled out in stages for Android and iOS users. The video shared by Twitter to announce this feature shows the iOS version of the app.

The lists Twitter will show you that you can browse through are based on a mix of people and lists you currently follow and the things you tweet about along with what these lists that you follow tweet about.

Lists are not exactly a new feature for Twitter but the company has been working on making the feature better for a while now. Twitter users could initially create, follow and share lists and in September last Twitter added the ability for iOS users to pin about five lists to their timeline with a swipe gesture to switch between them.
