Vi launches unlimited night-time data for prepaid users

Vi (Vodafone Idea) has launched a new data benefit for prepaid users that offers unlimited data at night. The new Vi data benefit is available on recharge plans priced at ₹249 and above.

The unlimited high-speed data will be available at night from 12 am till 6 am. During these six hours, Vi prepaid users can enjoy unlimited data without any cap. It’s available only on recharge plans from ₹249 and above. There are a ton of Vi recharge plans that come with the “binge all night offer” and some of these include the ₹249, ₹299, ₹699, ₹449, ₹1,197, ₹599, and ₹2,399 prepaid plan.

In addition to the night-time unlimited data offer, these recharge plans also come with 1.5GB or 2GB data daily, unlimited talktime, and access to Vi movies and TV and Zee5 Premium. These Vi recharge plans are also eligible for the weekend data rollover that lets users consume unused data from Monday to Friday on Saturday and Sunday. Validity on these recharge plans start from 28 days and go up to 365 days based on the pack.

Vi introduced this new night-time data benefit based on a study that found most users watching content from OTT platforms at night. Vi also hopes to attract new users with the new night-time data offer.

The new unlimited data offer is available on Vi’s website and app. Vi has highlighted the plans where this offer is applicable with the binge all night tag.
