In this new ₹75 data prepaid plan Vodafone (aka Vi) is giving 50 Vi to Vi calling minutes to its subscribers. In addition to this, Vodafone Idea is also giving 50MB of data. This prepaid plan comes with a validity of 15 days, after which subscribers will have to recharge their phones with their preferred data plans.

However, there’s a catch. Not everyone can access this data plan. Vodafone Idea said that with its newly introduced plan worth ₹75 it aims to reconnect low-income groups in the country to its 4G network.

Step 1: Call 121153 or *444*75# from your Vodafone Idea number.

Step 2: Next, you will get an SMS stating what you need to do next. Follow those steps.

Step 3: Visit your nearest Vi Shop where the company will confirm your eligibility and help in activating the offer.

Vi vs Airtel

This plan competes with Bharti Airtel’s ₹79 plan. It offers a talktime of ₹128 along with 200MB of data, and local and STD calls for 60 paisa per minute. It comes with a validity of 28 days. Airtel says that when the prescribed data limit is reached, the speed of the internet will reduce to 50 paisa per MB.

Vi vs Reliance Jio

Vodafone Idea’s ₹75 plan also competes with Reliance Jio’s ₹72 data plan that offers 14GB of data with 0.5GB data per day and comes with a validity of 28 days. Once the set limit is reached, the speed of the internet will reduce to 64Kbps.

It is worth mentioning that none of the mentioned plans by Airtel or Reliance comes with an eligibility criteria, thereby enabling any prepaid user of opt for them.
