Two men propelled by jet-packs flew alongside a jumbo jet over the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai skyline in a carefully choreographed aerial stunt for an Emirates airline commercial.
Ex-fighter pilot Yves Rossy - also called the 'Jetman' - along with his parachuter friend Vince Reffet raced alongside an Emirates A380 jumbo jet wearing jet-packs reaching a top speed of 170 knots.
The commercial shot from a helicopter flying 1,500 feet above the plane was released on YouTube on Wednesday. Since then the video has garnered 3,601,679 views in just two days.
The stunt was diligently planned and coordinated over a period of three months by teams from Emirates airlines and Jetman Dubai.
