WhatsApp is not restricted to communication between friends and relatives anymore. Several companies are now using it to spread information. The Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) too has been added to the list. From December 2022, LIC has started its services on WhatsApp. Registered policyholders can now contact LIC from the comfort of their home.
