RedmiBook Pro with Intel 11th Gen Tiger Lake H35 chipset to launch next month
Xiaomi is expected to launch RedmiBook Pro 15 and Pro 15s laptops with Intel and AMD chipsets, respetively.
Shortly after Intel unveiled its 11th Gen Tiger Lake H35 at CES 2021, Xiaomi announced it will launch a new RedmiBook laptop with this chipset. Now two RedmiBook Pro 15 models have been spotted on Geekbench.
Based on the Geekbench listing spotted by 91mobiles, the new RedmiBook laptops will be offered with Intel and AMD chipsets. There's one RedmiBook Pro 15 with the Intel Core i5-11300H chip which has 1545 and 4902 single-core and multi-core scores, respectively. RedmiBook Pro 15 with Intel Core i7-11370H has a single-core score of 1447 and multi-core score of 4885. Both laptops have also been listed with 16GB of RAM and Windows 10.
The AMD Ryzen-powered RedmiBook will be the RedmiBook Pro 15S. The base model will come with AMD's Ryzen 5 5600H chip paired with 8GB and 16GB of RAM. This one has a single-core score of 1322 and multi-core score of 5793 on Geekbench. RedmiBook Pro 15S has also been listed with the Ryzen 7 5800H chip which has 16GB of RAM, and with 1311 and 5787 scores.
Xiaomi on Weibo teased the launch of a new RedmiBook Pro laptop with the latest Intel Tiger Lake H35 chipset for next month. It hasn't revealed any more details but the Geekbench listing reveals high scores for both the RedmiBook Pro models. There's no specific date yet but GSMArena suggests the new RedmiBook Pro laptops will launch during MWC Shanghai 2021 that is scheduled to take place between February 23 and 25. Xiaomi is expected to launch the Redmi K40 series during this event as well.
