HyperPhone Xiaomi 11T Pro launch date: Phone sale live before Republic Day
Xiaomi has confirmed the launch date of its HyperPhone Xiaomi 11T Pro in India. The device will be unveiled well before Republic Day, that is, on January 19, 2022 in the Indian market. The launch event will go live from 12 noon. The global variant of the device is already available in Meteorite Gray, Moonlight White, and Celestial Blue color variants. However, in India, the company has not confirmed the colour variant. As of now, the company has teased the Gray colour variant, however, there’s a possibility that remaining color variants may also be unveiled.
HyperPhone Xiaomi 11T Pro specifications and features
Xiaomi has dubbed the Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G as ‘The HyperPhone.’ The device comes with a Snapdragon 888 processor, a 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED screen, a 108MP main camera, and support for 120W fast charging. The Xiaomi 11T Pro flaunts a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with, 1,000 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision support, MEMC support, P3 wide color gamut, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, will be clubbed with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard memory.
Additionally, the phone is supported by Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 out of the box. For photography and video experience, the Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G will feature a 108MP main camera with an 8MP wide-angle camera, and a 5MP tele-macro lens. While the selfie camera will be 16MP.
The Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G has a 5,000mAh battery supported by 120W fast charging over a USB Type-C charging port. The Xiaomi 11T Pro features a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) slot that accepts nano-SIM. It measures 164.10 x 76.90 x 8.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 204.00 grams.
Moreover, connectivity of the Xiaomi 11T Pro includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, NFC, Infrared, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). The sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
