iPhone 14 is set to launch sometime later this year, and already the world of leaks has got us a lot of details. We know that the iPhone 14 Pro models will get new cameras, lose the display notch, and couple of other upgrades to mark a big upgrade over the iPhone 13 Pro generation. The standard iPhone 14 may not see many changes and we could be losing the successor to the iPhone 13 Mini this year as well. However, what matters most is the price and thanks to a new leak, we now have a rough idea what the iPhone 14 series could cost.

Thanks to a leak from LeaksApplePro via iDropNews, we now have a rough idea about the iPhone 14 series prices. These are just early rumours and there's no evidence to support the validity of these prices, hence you should take it with a pinch of salt. Apple is yet to comment on the iPhone 14 and based on the past launches, we could be seeing the phones earliest by September. Until then, it's the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro models that are your go-to iPhone models.

iPhone 14 price leak is both GOOD and BAD

First, let us look at the good news. The iPhone 14 is likely to keep its price unchanged from that of the iPhone 13. Hence, the base iPhone 14 is said to start at a price of $799, which seems like a good deal considering all the upgrades we have heard. The iPhone 14 could get updated camera sensors, a 120Hz refresh rate display, more performance, and possibly some additional gimmicks.

There's good news too for the new iPhone 14 Max, which is said to be replacing the 5.4-inch “Mini” version. The Max will have the same 6.7-inch size as the iPhone 13 Pro Max. This will be a bigger version of the iPhone 14, possibly with a bigger battery and all the same upgrades as the iPhone 14.

Now, time for some sad news. The iPhone 14 Pro variants are likely to see big price hikes this year. The standard iPhone 14 Pro is now said to start at $1,099, which is an increment of $100 over the $999 price of the 128GB iPhone 13 Pro. The iPhone 14 Pro Max will also see a $100 price hike, taking the price up to $1,199.

You should note that the iPhone 14 Pro models are expected to get a new display design with camera cutouts, a new 48MP sensor for the main camera, a new design, and possibly a more powerful chipset.
