The packaged drinking water company, Bisleri International, has launched its mobile application called Bisleri@Doorstep, to provide D2C (Direct To Consumer) service. The user-friendly Bisleri app will enable customers to order packaged water from the app and get it delivered to their doorstep, just like all the other essentials. Bisleri app is currently active in 26 cities and users can avail of the service 24*7.

The idea to develop the app took place during the Covid-19-induced lockdown when the company started delivering mineral water at the doorstep. To make the entire process user friendly and easily accessible, the company introduced their one-stop e-commerce platform where consumers can access all the products of the company.

Now, with the launch of the mobile Bisleri app, it will become easier to place an order or track orders for users. In addition, a subscription facility is also being offered to users to ensure an uninterrupted supply of fresh mineral water. Available for both Android and iOS, the application will deliver the order to the doorstep of the customer within 24 hours. “With the launch of the app, Bisleri has strengthened its commitment to offer convenience at door-step to the consumers," the company said.

Angelo George, the CEO, Bisleri International, said that the company will use the data collected by the app, to develop consumer profiles and will further activate a personalised communication network aiding the relationship of the company with its consumers.

With the launch of the Bisleri@ Doorstep mobile app, the company has become the first one to deliver packaged drinking water at the doorstep. “The number of people subscribing to our service is growing at a steady pace. We have witnessed a very encouraging increase in the traffic on our website. We are confident that with the launch of this application, the subscription and traffic will grow faster,” said Angelo.

As of now, Bisleri's e-commerce platform provides direct-to-home delivery within 48 hours. However, with the development of the application, it will take half the time taken by the website.
