The Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge leak suggests two colour variants and only a single storage variant for India.
The Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge has been long in the rumours. While Xiaomi is yet to confirm anything on this, another leak has surfaced regarding the phone's availability in India. The Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge is expected to be based on the Chinese Redmi Note 11 Pro+ but India may only get two colours and just a single storage variant.
The Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge leak suggests that Indian buyers will only get a single storage variant – the one with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The phone will also come in two colour variants only – Camo Green and Stealth Black. The information comes via Ishan Agarwal, a renowned tipster who shared the details via a 91Mobiles report.
Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge details leak
The Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge is expected to be a renamed Redmi Note 11 Pro+ from China. That means it is going to bring the highlighted 120W fast charging technology with itself; hence the “Hypercharge” moniker in its name.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is relies on the MediaTek Dimensity 920 platform that also supports 5G networks. The phone features a new boxy design with a flat display, which measures 6.67-inch and gets a 1080p AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The phone features a camera setup similar to the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, except that it misses out on the 5MP macro camera. Hence, you only get the 108MP primary camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP depth camera. There's a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The battery capacity itself measures 4500mAh and the 120W charger promises a quick refill in under 30 minutes. There's a also a Redmi Note 11 Pro with a 67W charging solution; this one is also expected to launch here as the Xiaomi 11i.
Earlier in the day, Xiaomi also confirmed launching the Xiaomi 12 with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, which succeeds the Snapdragon 888 from last year.
