Apple Event 2019 Highlights: iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max launched
Apple on Tuesday held its ‘Apple Special Event’ where it launched a host of products. The new iPhone series features the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Apple also launched more products like the 7th gen iPad and Watch Series 5. It announced updates on its services like the Apple Arcade and Apple TV+. Apple iPhone 11 comes with a LCD display, dual rear cameras and A13 Bionic chipset. The iPhone 11 Pro series features triple rear cameras with wide angle and ultra wide angle lens. Apple Special Event: Recap
Apple today launched a host of new products at its ‘Apple Special Event'. There's a new iPhone 11 starting at $699, iPhone 11 Pro at $999 and iPhone 11 Pro Max at $1,099. Apple Watch Series 5 with watchOS 6 also launched at $399 for the GPS models, and $499 for the cellular models. Apple also launched its 7th gen iPad with iPad OS priced at $329.
Apple revealed more details on its services including Apple Arcade which will be available from September 19 at $4.99/ month. Apple TV+ will launch on November 1 at $499 per year.
iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max: Price
iPhone 11 Pro starts at $999, while the iPhone 11 Pro Max will start at $1,099. Pre-orders starting this Friday and shipping starts September 20.
iPhone 11 Pro: Camera
iPhone 11 Pro has a triple-camera setup of 12-megapixel wide angle lens, 12-megapixel telephoto lens and 12-megapixel ultra wide angle lens. It comes with up to 2x optical zoom. There's a new machine learning feature called ‘Deep Fusion' which shoots nine images before the shutter button is pressed, and a long exposure when it is pressed. It then combines all images to deliver the final one with more detail and less noise.
All three cameras on iPhone 11 Pro also shoot 4K videos. It also comes with new video editing tools. Apple will also release a new version of FiLMiC Pro with some crazy videography tools.
Apple iPhone 11 Pro: Performance
Apple iPhone 11 Pro is powered by the new A13 Bionic chipset. The new 7nm Apple chipset comes with faster machine learning and comes with low-power design. iPhone 11 Pro offers four hours longer battery life than iPhone XS, while iPhone 11 Pro Max offers 5 hours longer than iPhone XS Max. The new iPhones also come with 18W fast charger in the box.

Apple iPhone 11 Pro features a triple-camera setup. It has a glass body with a matte finish and stainless steel band. iPhone 11 Pro comes in a new ‘Midnight Green' colour, including space grey, silver and a new gold. iPhone 11 Pro comes in two screen sizes of 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch OLED Super Retina displays. It comes with spatial audio, Dolby Vision and Atmos, and HDR 10 support.

Apple iPhone 11 comes with 4K and slo-mo video recording at 60 fps. The front camera is now a 12-megapixel sensor with wide-angle lens on landscape mode. It also has 4K video recording support and something new called ‘slo-mo selfies'. Apple iPhone 11 is powered by the new A13 Bionic which offers with faster graphics rendering. It also comes with faster Face ID unlock. Apple iPhone 11 will offer an hour more battery life than iPhone XR.

Apple Watch Series 5 launched
Apple Watch Series 5 comes with a new Always On Retina display. The new smartwatch still promises all-day 18 hour battery life. All watch faces are optimised for the Always On display. Apple Watch Series 5 also comes with a new compass app. Its new safety features include fall detection and emergency SOS. Cellular models of Apple Watch Series 5 will come integrated with local emergency calling by pressing on the side button.
Apple Watch Series 5 aluminium models will be available in silver, gold and space grey. There are new titanium models and a ceramic white colour of Apple Watch Series 5. Apple Watch Series 5 Nike and Hermes models have also been launched.
Apple Watch Series 5 will start at $399 for the GPS models, and $499 for the cellular models. Pre-orders begin today and the Watch Series 5 will be in stores starting September 20.
Apple Watch: Health research
Apple announces three new research studies based on the Apple Watch. Apple Hearing Study with University of Michigan and WHO, Apple Women's Health Study and Apple Heart and Movement Study are the three new research studies. Apple Watch users can take part in these research studies. The Apple Studies app will be available in the US later this year.
7th gen iPad launched
Apple unveils the new 7th generation iPad. It features a 10.2-inch Retina display and is powered by the A10 fusion chip. This iPad also comes with support for the smart connector. The 7th gen iPad is also iPad OS ready with a new UI, multi-tasking, video editing tools and more.
It is also said to come with up to 10 hours of battery life. The 7th gen iPad is also made with fully recycled items. It will be available at a starting price of $329. Pre-orders start today with shipping starting end of the month.

iPhone 11 India sale details leaked
Ahead of the iPhone 11 launch, a new leak suggests availability details for India. Apple iPhone 11 pre-orders will reportedly start on September 20 in India. Moreover, iPhone 11 pre-orders will be bundled with Rs 10,000 cashback. The new iPhone 11 series will also be available via Paytm Mall.

iPhone 11 series: Two exciting features cancelled?
Apple's iPhone 11 series has been rumoured to offer incremental upgrades. However, the highlight of these iPhones were expected to be reverse wireless charging and Apple Pen support. Popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that the new iPhone 11 series will not have either of these features.
At the same time, Kuo also confirmed the iPhones will not have USB Type-C port. Apple was highly expected to embrace USB Type-C port for its iPhones this year. With these features not in the cards, the excitement sure goes down for the new iPhones.

The new iPhone 11 series couldn't manage to avoid pricing leaks on each model. Apple iPhone 11 64GB will start at $749 (Rs 53,000 approx). iPhone 11 128GB and 256GB model will cost $799 (Rs 57,496 approx) and $899 (Rs 64,600 approx) respectively.
Apple iPhone 11 Pro base model with 128GB will cost around $999 (Rs 72,000 approx). The 256GB and 512GB models of iPhone 11 Pro models will be priced at $1,099 (Rs 79,000 approx) and $1,199 (Rs 86,200 approx) respectively.
As for iPhone 11 Pro Max 128GB, it will cost $1,099 (Rs 79,000 approx), while the 256GB and 512GB models will be priced at $1,199 (Rs 86,200 approx) and $1,299 (Rs 93,435 approx) respectively.
iPhone 11 series: What are the upgrades?
According to leaks and reports, the new iPhone 11 series will not come with massive upgrades. As mentioned below, the major upgrade would be the triple-camera setup on iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max, and dual cameras on iPhone 11. Apple could introduce new camera features as well.
