Sony to launch PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Digital Edition in November for $499.99 and $399.99

Sony has announced that the next-generation PlayStation 5 console would be launching in November priced at $499.99 ( 36,799 approx) and $399.99 ( 29,439 approx) for a version without a disk drive (the digital edition), as it squares off against rival Microsoft's Xbox console.

Qualcomm's Snapdragon X2 platform with 5G, advanced features goes official with Quest 2 VR

One of the biggest highlights of Oculus' latest Quest 2 VR is the latest Extended Reality (XR) chip from Qualcomm. Called Snapdragon XR2, it is also touted as the world's 5G-enabled XR platform. Qualcomm says the new chip brings a variety of custom features including many firsts that are optimised across Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR).

Oculus Quest 2 with Snapdragon XR2, 90Hz refresh rate launched

Facebook-owned Oculus on Thursday announced the launch of the next-generation all-in-one VR, Oculus Quest 2. The new VR headset comes with a new form factor coupled with new touch controllers. It also offers highest-resolution display ever on an Oculus VR.

Apple launches iOS 14, iPadOS 14, watchOS 7 and tvOS 14

As Apple had announced during the Apple Event day before, the new system updates for the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple TV have all been launched now and you can go ahead and update them all. The all new iOS 14, iPadOS 14, watchOS 7 and tvOS 14 are available as system updates on your devices and all you need to do is to head over to settings and get it going.

Sennheiser CX 400BT earbuds launched in India at Rs 16,990

Sennheiser is trying to get some more piece of pie in the sub- Rs 20,000 truly wireless earbuds segment by launching the CX 400BT True Wireless. Priced at Rs 16,990, the earbuds will be up for pre-orders starting September 18. You can get it from e-commerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart and Tata Cliq.

Android 11 arrives on Pixel smartphones in India

Google's Pixel smartphones are usually the first ones to get the Android update whenever it is rolled out. However, unlike always, Pixel users in India didn't get the stable version of Android 11 when it was rolled out to Pixel users across the globe earlier this month. 

Huawei MatePad T8 with 8-inch screen, 5,000mAh battery launched in India

The Huawei MatePad T8 is priced at Rs 9,999 for the WiFi version and Rs 10,999 for the LTE version exclusively from Flipkart starting September 17. In addition, the company is also giving some deals and bank offers.

Sony Xperia 5 II smartphone with 120Hz screen, Snapdragon 865 launched

The handset will be going on pre-orders for $950 starting September 29, which shipping starting from December 4. It is initially coming to the US and European markets in Black, Blue and Grey colour variants.
