The source code for Cyberpunk 2077 had leaked to torrent sites earlier this week. It came after CD Projekt suffered a major cyberattack. Among the leaked files that have surfaced online also features a set of video files. Some of these videos are now gaining everyone’s attention. Dubbed as internal bug ‘meme reels’, these clips are said to have been developed within CDPR itself, according to Forbes.

These CD Projekt meme reels feature different bugs discovered during the testing. Called Cyber ElBuggado 2020, CDPR Producer Slava Lukyanenka confirmed that these clips were developed internally and were from the early stages of the game.

“This video is a fun composition of bug materials collected by QA and developers through years of development. How exactly it proves your point,” Lukyanenka said in a now-deleted tweet.

CDPR’s Cyberpunk 2077 had been one of the most anticipated games since the classic, The Witcher: Wild Hunt. The game, however, received poor reviews after the release. Many users pointed out bugs and glitches that marred the experience. Just in March, it released a massive Patch 1.2 update to fix hundreds of bugs. Apart from bugs and glitches, CDPR also faced a major attack targeting its servers.

Earlier this month, CD Projekt reported a sharp decline in profit from a year earlier. The fall in profit is mainly attributed to Sony PlayStation Store's unwillingness to take this flagship game onboard. CDPR said the company might continue to face financial troubles in the coming months.

CD Projekt did not reveal how many units of "Cyberpunk 2077" it sold in the quarter but CFO Piotr Nielubowicz confirmed that about 60% of first-quarter product sales came from Cyberpunk sales.
