Cyberpunk 2077 gets its first major fix in the form of Patch 1.1

Cyberpunk 2077 users will be happy to know that the game developer, CD Projekt Red, has issued the game's first major fix in the form of Patch 1.1. Posting the change log on the official website, the developer has also confirmed that the patch is coming to PCs, consoles and Google Stadia versions.

This update brings number of improvements along with open world and quest fixes. You also get UI and visual gameplay changes. To be specific, CD Projekt Red has made some improvements in memory usage in different systems and has fixed unexpected game crashes.

In addition, the Epistrophy side quest bugs that were previously faced by the gamers have also been addressed. The quest, like Pyramid Song, Poem of The Atoms, Space Oddity and others have also been fixed. As for the visual changes, the Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.1 fixes Pink hue on some particles that appeared when viewing up close.

Some fixes have been done with regards to incorrect car spawning in Reported Crime: Welcome to Night City achievement. Oversized saves, unresponsive weapon wheel and some other miscellaneous bugs have been fixed too. 

For PlayStation users, the Cyberpunk 2077’s latest patch brings an optimized performance to PS4 Pro and PS5 consoles. It has also fixed the software crashes in PS4. On the other hand, Xbox users get improved memory usage for different aspects of the game. 

If you are a PC user, then Steam achievements will be possible to get in offline mode. And finally, on Google Stadia the Patch 1.1 has fixed corrupted textures on several melee weapons along with more responsive default deadzone settings. The patch on PC is sized between 5.4GB to 6.7GB. However, on consoles it is even more at 17GB.

The developers have already confirmed that the Patch 1.2 will be coming in next few weeks, and will improve the gameplay more than before.
