There's a new series of printers from Hewlett Packard that is designed for working professionals and growing businesses. Named the OJ series, it offers two all-in-ones that include the HP OfficeJet 4500 Desktop, and the network-enabled HP OfficeJet 4500.
The printers come with a setup based on consumer preference for mono and colour printing. So you can easily remove the colour cartridges when not in use, and keep going with the black cartridge.
Both devices can fax, scan, copy and have memory card slots with improved efficiency — they come with a 20-page automatic document feeder.
Scans go up to 1200 x 2400 dpi and get saved directly to a pre-selected destination.
