We now know exactly what the Apple AirPods 3 are going to look like
Thanks to a whole set of live images that have leaked recently, we’ve gotten a very clear look at what the upcoming Apple AirPods 3 are going to look like.
We know there's an Apple event scheduled for March 23.This event should give us the new iPads, the much-awaited AirTags and in all probabilities, the Apple AirPods 3. Given that post the March 23 date-reveal, images of the AirPods 3 began appearing on the web. First there were renders followed by live images and there's been quite a few of them.
And this seems to be a clear indication of the fact that the March 23 event will be getting us the new AirPods 3 as well. According to Gizchina, the appearance of the second-generation AirPods Pro is still not known about, but the supply of AirPods 3 have already begun, going by the rumours.
These rumours also say that the AirPods 3 will come with better sound quality, attributed to a new processor, improved autonomy, active noise cancellation and silicone earbuds for better fit. There are also speculations that the AirPods 3 will in all likelihood not have support for aptX Adaptive or LDAC.
Going by the live images, the AirPods 3 look a lot like the AirPods Pro rather than the AirPods 2. The AirPods 3 are being pegged to cost around $150 ( ₹10,903 approx). We'll just have to wait a few more days to find out.
The March 23 event is also going to bring in new iPads and the AirTags along with the AirPods 3. Support for AirTags have been spotted on beta versions of upcoming iOS 14 updates which serve as confirmation for the Tile-like tags for personal items.
