Poco is gearing up for the launch of a new handset under its M-series. Called Poco M3 Pro 5G, the phone will officially debut on May 19. Ahead of the official release, Poco has already revealed some key features of the upcoming phone. Now, a new official teaser gives away more information.

The teaser reveals M3 Pro 5G will come with a 90Hz 6.5-inch full HD+ DotDisplay. According to Poco, the device will also have a “DynamicSwitch” feature that will enable a “more flexible viewing experience.” Reports suggest the feature will essentially let the phone automatically adjust the screen refresh rate depending on the content you're running.

In another teaser, Poco confirmed the M3 Pro 5G will come with a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

Previously, Poco has confirmed the upcoming handset will run on MediaTek's Dimensity 700 processor. It is also confirmed to offer a higher refresh rate, more RAM and a faster storage module. Other confirmed features are a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, punch-hole camera, and at least three colour options.

Poco M3 Pro 5G is said to be the rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10 5G. Basis this rumour, the handset may come with a triple camera setup that will include a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. It could also launch with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

With the arrival of Poco M3 Pro 5G, Poco may also consider phasing out the X3. The company is likely to retain the availability of the X3 Pro model, though.

We will find out more about the handset in the coming days as the launch date nears. Until then, stay tuned.
