It was an interesting day in the world of technology today. On one hand,  Realme confirmed the launch date of the Realme 8 series smartphones. On the other hand, Google clarified that users' data can get tracked even if they use incognito mode on the Chrome web browser.

Realme today announced the launch date of its Realme 8 series that consists of the Realme 8 and the Realme 8 Pro smartphones. The Realme 8 series will launch in India on March 24. 

You are tracked even when you are using Incognito mode on Google Chrome

Google has made it clear that even when you are browsing on the Incognito mode on Google Chrome, you are still being tracked. Browsing on Incognito does not protect your online privacy.

Signal makes it easier to transfer chats to a new device

Signal has now added the ability to transfer users chats to a new phone over a Wi-Fi network. While Signal still doesn’t allow users to back up their chats to the cloud, presumably for privacy purposes, the iOS version of the app allows users to wirelessly transfer all their chats from an old iPhone to a new iPhone.

Twitter launches election-related search prompt in six Indian languages

Twitter today announced that it is launching a search prompt in six Indian languages including Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Assamese, Hindi, and English. Twitter has also launched a custom emoji for the #AssemblyElections2021.
