Review: Real Steel
The game, named ‘Real Steel,’ is an underworld fighting game set in the near future where 2,000-pound robots fight each other with no rules or regulations.
Jump Games comes up with their latest game for the iPhone and iPad in anticipation of the movie Real Steel starring Hugh Jackman, famous for portraying Wolverine in the X-Men series, and releasing on 7th October across Indian cinemas.
The game, named 'Real Steel,' is an underworld fighting game set in the near future where 2,000-pound robots fight each other with no rules or regulations.
There are eight heavy-duty robots to choose from, in the game, and each robot has unique fighting styles and signature moves. There are only four available initially and the rest need to be unlocked after winning fights.
The player can use a mix of standard boxing moves, jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, and some specific 'Underworld moves', such as low blows, knees to stomach, etc. in the fight.
Real Steel is a one-on-one combat game amongst two robots fighting it out to rein supreme in the Tournament. Do practice it out before you actually go out playing against the best, to get a hang of it.

I would have loved to play the game against a friend via WiFi/Bluetooth (ala Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3) or at least online.
Real Steel - the movie
"REAL STEEL" stars Hugh Jackman and is directed by Shawn Levy (of "Night at the Museum" fame).
"REAL STEEL" is a gritty, white-knuckle action ride about a former boxer (Hugh Jackman) who, against all odds, gets one last shot at a comeback when he teams up with his estranged son (Dakota Goyo) to build and train the perfect contender for the new high-tech sport of robot boxing.
