Realme has launched the successor to its first smartwatch, Realme Watch. The new smartwatch was made official in Malaysia, and is expected to hit other markets soon. Realme Watch 2 comes with the same square display, and in only one black colour. The smartwatch will go on sale in the country soon.

Realme Watch 2 has been priced at MYR 229 which translates to roughly 4,100. This is another affordable smartwatch by Realme, and the pricing is almost the same as Realme Watch which costs 3,499. Like the first-gen this one too comes in only black colour variant.

In terms of specs, Realme Watch 2 features a 1.4-inch display with 320x320 pixel resolution. The smartwatch comes with over 100 watch faces that can be customised, and live watch faces as well. These features will be available via an OTA update soon. It is also equipped with 90 sports modes including boxing, golf, strength training, elliptical, outdoor cycle, dance, tennis, indoor cycle, hiking and indoor run.

Realme Watch 2 packs a 315mAh battery that is said to last for 12 days. Similar to the Realme Watch, this one too uses a magnetic charger. The smartwatch also comes with an IP68 rating for water resistance. It can also be used to control Realme AIoT devices such as smart bulb, smart switch and wireless earbuds.

Its health features include real-time heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen monitoring, and sleep monitoring. The smartwatch is also capable of displaying the weather forecast, sending hydration and sedentary reminders, controlling the camera, music, finding your phone, and more.
