Counterpoint Research, a global technology market research firm has released the list of top 5 best selling smartphones in India in Q4 2022. According to the data released, Apple iPhone 13 was the best-selling smartphone in the country during the Q4, 2022. The iPhone 13 had a market share of 4 percent.

The second spot is bagged by the Samsung Galaxy M13 with a market share of sales of 3 percent. Xiaomi Redmi A1 too holds a sales share of 3 percent and stands at the third spot. The fourth and fifth place has been occupied by the Samsung Galaxy A04s and Realme C35, with both having the sales share of 3 percent.

It can be noted that other than the Apple iPhone 13's sales share, all the other smartphones are having 3 percent share of sales, according to the report. Also, this is the first time when an iPhone has topped the sales list in the Indian market. Notably, the Indian smartphone market is cost-conscious and is dominated by the budget phones.

If we recall the best selling smartphones of the same quarter last year, the top spot was bagged by the Realme C11, followed by Oppo A54, Galaxy M12, Redmi Note 10s, and Redmi 9A.
