Step 2:

Tap on Add new line option with 'Save Upto $800 when you trade-in old or damaged phone.’

Step 3:

Now click on continue and select a new user option. This will open a new screen where you will need to enter your ZIP code and confirm the location. 

Step 4:

You will need to put the brand and model name of the device that you will trade in. This will automatically drop the price by $800. For example, while trading iPhone 13, you will be able to own the iPhone 14 Plus at just $2.77 per month for a period of 36 months instead of $24.99.
