## IPX8 water resistance

We all know that water is an enemy of any electronic device. But, Samsung has tried to solve the problem of water damage by introducing IPX8 water resistance in the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5, lending them the title of the world’s first water-resistant foldable smartphones. 

The IPX8 rating means that they will be able to withstand submersion in up to 1.5 meters of fresh water for up to 30 minutes. 

## Vapor cooling chamber

Both of the foldables fare high on productivity as they are powered by custom-made 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
