Instagram now lets you take more CONTROL over what you see! Know what happens
Instagram not only allows you to share images, videos, messages, among others with your followers, but also is one of the good sources of entertainment in your free time. You can simply scroll down your feed to see the latest updates from the people you follow or can watch reels (if you are in a mood to watch some short videos!). But, you cannot like every content you see on the app. Instagram also allows you to take more control over what you see on the app. Wondering how? You can see posts in chronological order, take a break from recommended posts, and adjust sensitive content.
Instagram informed about the same via a tweet saying, "Take more control over what you see on Instagram Here are a few ways: See posts in chronological order Take a break from recommended posts Adjust sensitive content." Want to know how you can use these features? All you will have to do is just follow a few steps mentioned below.

🌟See posts in chronological order
🌟Take a break from recommended posts
🌟Adjust sensitive content
See posts in chronological order
1. In order to see posts in chronological order you will have to open the app on your phone and tap Instagram on the top left of the app to switch between Following and Favorites.
2. It can be known that Following shows you posts from people you follow in chronological order. To choose your Favorites, tap the Instagram logo at the top left and add up to 50 friends, family members, creators, or businesses. You can also tap the three-dot menu on any post and then select ‘Add to favorites' directly from your feed.
3. You can also add people to Favorites to see posts only from them.
Take a break from recommended posts
If you want to take a break from seeing recommended posts all you need to do is tap on the tree dots present at the top right corner, then click on Not Interested and then tap on Snooze all suggested posts in Feed for 30 days.
Adjust sensitive content
You can decide to leave things as they are, assuming you are satisfied with your experience today, or you can adjust the Sensitive Content Control to see more or less of some types of sensitive content. For people under the age of 18, the “More” option is unavailable.
To view your Sensitive Content Control go to your profile.
Then tap the Settings menu.
Tap Account and tap Sensitive Content control.
