The smartband supports 96 workout modes including 11 professional ones like indoor, outdoor running, cycling, rope skipping, etc, and 85 customised modes like ball games, dancing, etc so you have a wide range to pick from. The Huawei Band 6 uses Huawei TruSport professional exercise algorithm to analyse users' exercise capabilities based on parameters such as heart rate variability data and exercise data and can provide assessments and suggestions based on user's exercise capabilities.
