Redmi Watch with 10-day battery life launched in India

Redmi Watch comes with a 1.4-inch display, 11 sports modes, heart rate and sleep monitoring, and more.

Xiaomi has launched the first smartwatch under the Redmi brand in India. This is also the first Redmi Watch and it made its debut back in November last year. Redmi Watch also launched as Mi Watch Lite in some markets. Redmi Watch comes with a built-in GPS, full touch display, 10-day battery life, and in multiple colour options.

Redmi Watch is priced at 3,999, and it will be available starting May 25 at 12 noon on, Flipkart, Mi Homes and Mi Studios. The smartwatch comes in three colour options of ivory, black and blue, while the straps come in an additional olive colour.

In terms of specs, Redmi Watch features a 1.4-inch colour HD display with 320 x 320 pixel resolution, and a 2.5D glass layered on top. The display also features automatic brightness based on the lighting and environment conditions. It also comes with support for over 200 watch faces. The smartwatch has a built-in GPS and GLONASS that is said to provide accurate tracking of trajectory, speed, distance, and calories burnt during workouts.

There are 11 professional sports modes on the Redmi Watch. These include cricket, walking, cycling, trekking, outdoor running, treadmill, and pool swimming. The smartwatch also features heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring and guided breathing among its health features. Redmi Watch also comes with features such as music control, idle alert, weather information, alarm, emojis, notifications and more.

The smartwatch has a 230mAh battery that is said to last for up to 10 days on a single charge. It is also claimed to charge to 100% in less than two hours. Redmi Watch is also equipped with 5ATM water resistance.
