The selected candidates will undergo one Year Orientation Course or two year DAE fellowship schemes for Engineering Graduates and Science Postgraduates for the year 2022-2023 (OCES-2022) conducted at the BARC Training Schools. The interested and eligible candidates can apply via the official website –barc.gov.in on or before February 11, 2022. Candidates will be hired as the Scientific Officers (Group-A) post the academic training. Here’s all you need to know about BARC Scientific Officer recruitment 2022 drive. ### BARC Scientific Officer recruitment 2022: Eligibility criteria Educational qualifications: Candidates must have completed B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engineering) / 5-year Integrated M.Tech. in relevant stream with a minimum of 60%* aggregate marks. Candidates applying through GATE score must have a valid GATE-2021 or GATE-2022 Score in the same engineering discipline as the qualifying degree discipline. Age limit: For the general category, the upper age limit is 26, while for OBC maximum age limit is 29 years and for SC/ST category the upper age limit is 31 years Also read click here. ### BARC Scientific Officer recruitment 2022: Selection process Selection to OCES/DGFS-2022 will be done through screening to short-list candidates followed by selection interviews. ### BARC Scientific Officer recruitment 2022: Pay scale as per 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix Appointees will be posted as a Scientific Officer “C‟ (SO/C) in the Level 10 - ₹ 56,100 of the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix. ## BARC Scientific Officer recruitment 2022: How to apply | Time | Tools | Supplies | | --- | --- | --- | | 30 Minutes | Phone Mobile Laptop | Updated browser Internet | Step 1: Candidates will be required to visit the official portal of BARC at barc.gov.in to fill up the online application form. Step 2: Go to the recruitment tab and click on the active vacancies. Step 3: Tap on the “Apply Online‟ link provided against the respective vacancy. Step 4: Register yourself by filling in essential information like name, mother‟s name, date of birth, mobile no., e-mail ID and a preferred login ID. Step 5: Upon successful registration, activate your account by submitting OTPs sent to your registered mobile number and registered email id. Step 6: Once done login through “Candidate's Login‟ and fill in the online application form. Step 7: Step 8: After successful payment, you can proceed to the final submission stage and complete your application. Step 9: Once the final submission is completed, a unique registration number will be generated to be used for all future correspondence.
