To make it more memorable, Instagram has rolled out a 2022 recap feature on Reels, which will let you recreate the memories of 2022 in the form of reels and that too in just a few simple steps. This is similar to the recap features that offers content that people consumed or produced throughout the year. Now, Instagram is offering this new option of a Reels template to create a 2022 Recap. It is a customizable way to share a minimum of three pieces of content from this year with followers. To make it even easier for you, you can also choose a collage to sync audio from Bad Bunny, DJ Khaled, rapper Badshah or Stranger Things' Priah Ferguson. Wondering how to create a 2022 Recap on Instagram Reels? Here's a step-by-step guide to sharing your memories on Instagram.

How to create 2022 Recap on Instagram Reels

Step 1:

First of all, create a Reel on Instagram. Tap on the Reels button in the middle of the bottom of the home screen between the search and shopping buttons. After that, tap on the photo icon at the top right of the display. 

Step 2:

You have to choose your template. To do so, swipe to the right on the bottom of your screen to bring templates.

Step 3:

Here, you will get four options of narrations such as artist and producer Bad Bunny, DJ & producer DJ Khaled, rapper and producer Badshah, or Stranger Things star Priah Ferguson.

Step 4:

Once you have selected your template of the 2022 recap Reel, you will be able to replace the clips from your own photo or video library. 

Step 5:

After selecting photos or videos for your reels, it will automatically help you to create into a reel of 2022 recap. All you need to do is now either save it in your device or share it with your followers.
