The Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL), a subsidiary of Coal of India Ltd and a Govt. of India undertaking, has invited applications from existing employees for Clerk Grade III posts during its ECL recruitment 2022 drive. The applications have to be submitted in a prescribed proforma. According to the ECL recruitment notification, only the existing employees of the ECL with a minimum of 3 years of service. As many as 195 vacancies have been notified for this recruitment drive. The selected candidates will be posted at Burdwan in West Bengal, India on a full time basis. ECL recruitment 2022: Eligibility criteria

Candidates willing to apply for Clerk Grade III posts in Eastern Coal Fields Ltd through ECL recruitment 2022 must have passed minimum Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Institution/Board. Candidates with higher qualifications like Intermediate, graduation or post graduation will be given preference. All the applicants must have completed with a minimum of 3 years of service.

ECL Recruitment 2022: Selection process

Candidates will be selected through a written test, followed by a computer test, and marks secured by applicants in qualifying examinations as notified in the ECL Notification 2022. The written test will comprise 60 marks, while 20 marks will be given for each computer test and qualification marks.

Step 1:

Visit the official portal of Eastern CoalFields Ltd http://www.easterncoal.gov.in/. 

Step 2:

On the homepage, go to the Recruitment tab and click on recruitment notices.

Step 3:

On the next page, click on the link that reads, “Internal Notification for selection of Clerk Gr III (only for departmental candidates).” 

Step 4:

Read the instructions carefully and take a print out of the application proforma attached with it.

Step 5:

Fill in all the required details and attach all the necessary documents. 

Step 6:

Once done, send the same to the Area GMs or HODs of Establishment or Workshop & HQ before February 15, 2022.
