Remember, if you use Messages in iCloud, deleting a message or conversation on your iPhone removes it from all your devices with Messages in iCloud. However, deleting messages only affects your iPhone and other devices logged in with the same Apple ID. You can't delete messages, attachments, or conversations for others.
