India's premier nuclear research centre, BARC has announced various recruitment opportunities. BARC has invited applicants for the recruitment of Stipendiary Trainee, Scientific Assistants, and many other posts. The interested candidates need to fill out the application form online through the official website of BARC. BARC Jobs 2022 vacancy details:

BARC has invited applicants for a total 266 posts including Stipendiary Trainee, Scientific Assistant, and Technician for Library Science department and Rigger. Here post wise vacancies:

Stipendiary Trainee- Category I: 71 Posts

Stipendiary Trainee- Category II: 189 Posts

Scientific Assistant/B (Security): 1 Post

Technician/B (Library Science): 1 Post

Technician/B (Rigger): 4 Posts

About Stipendiary Trainee

Age Limit: The age limit for Stipendiary Trainee Category-I is 18 years minimum and 24 years maximum. While, the maximum age limit for Category II is 22 years, while the minimum limit is the same.

Time Period: The Stipendiary traineeship will be for 2 years.

Stipend: The Category-I trainees will get Rs. 16000 per month in the first year, which will be hiked to Rs. 18,000 in the second year. Category-II trainees will be eligible to get Rs. 10,500 and Rs. 12,500 in the 1st and 2nd year respectively.

Selection Process for BARC Jobs 2022

All the applicants for each post have to go through a selection process by BARC. The selection process will include the written test, skill test and then interview for mentioned posts. BARC clarified that the written test will be conducted in Mumbai and Chennai.

BARC Jobs 2022: Application Fee

The application fee is Rs. 150 for Trainee posts and Rs. 100 for others posts. The application fee is exempted for SC/ ST, PWD and Women category and Ex-Servicemen candidates.
