(HT Tech) ![Author Photo](https://images.hindustantimes.com/tech/static/revamp/images/png/HTTech-new-circle-logo.png) ### By HT TECH It’s not a secret that Wordle is now the essential morning brain food, alongside coffee or tea, to kick start the day. But what after that? Do you want to wait till the next day for another Wordle? Perhaps not! In that case, Quordle is there for you and it is four times harder than Wordle and bound to leave you scratching your head! Oh yes, and it is also 4 times the fun! Quordle is like Wordle, but more challenging and complex! It was a project by David Mah and later polished for quality by Freddie Meyer. Getting curious about this 4 times harder version of Wordle? Here's everything you need to know about it. ### How to play Quordle: A few tips If you are new to Quordle, but have tried your hand at Wordle earlier, then know it is almost an upgraded version of Wordle. Here too, you have to guess 5-letter words, but the only difference is instead of one, there will be four words of the day waiting for you to be unlocked. Though, you need to note that each of the letters in the word guess will be counted in all the four sections of the puzzle. And the good part! You get 9 attempts to clear the puzzle! However, unlike Wordle, you can actually practice Quordle and master all the tricks in the app via the Practice mode. The Daily mode, on the other hand, will throw up all the new words for you to crack. Oh and yes, the colour scheme is also the same as Wordle and it will guide you whether your guess is correct or incorrect. After having put your best foot forward and conquered Quordle for the day, you can share your score and rank on social media or with friends, just like Wordle! You can play Quordle on any browser. But if you wish, you can download the Quordle app on your Android smartphones. Here’s how to. ## How to download Quordle on your Android smartphone Step 1: Open the Google Chrome browser and search for the Quordle. You can directly visit through this link too - https://www.quordle.com. Step 2: Now, open the overflow menu to the right of the address bar via three vertical dots.
