PM Kisan 10th installment date: The central government has launched several schemes to benefit the farmers of the country. One such scheme is the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PMKSNY). As per reports, the PM Kisan 10th installment date is December 15, 2021 and the money is set to be credited in the accounts of all the registered beneficiary farmers. Since the launch of PM Kisan Scheme, the central government has credited nine instalments of ₹2000 each directly to the bank accounts of the farmers. For those who may not know, under the PM Kisan scheme, an income support of ₹6,000 per year in three equal installments of ₹2,000 each is being provided to all land-holding farmer families.
The central government provides several other benefits which the farmers can avail. These benefits include the pension under PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana, PM Kisan Credit Card, and PM Kisan ID Cards. Know that the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana has been started to provide social security to all landholding small and marginal farmers in the country. These farmers have minimal or no savings and also do not have any source of livelihood when they reach old age.
PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana
As per the information provided on the official website of PM Kisan that is pmkisan.gov.in, the PM Kisan Maandhan Scheme aims to help farmers live a healthy and happy life after they reach their old age by providing to them a fixed pension of ₹3,000. Those farmers who are of the age of 18 years and above and upto 40 years are eligible to join the scheme.
Farmers will have to contribute an amount between ₹55 to ₹200 per month in the Pension Fund till they reach the retirement date that is the age of 60 years. The Central Government will also make an equal contribution of the same amount in the pension fund. Spouses of the Small and Marginal farmers are also eligible to join the scheme separately and they will also get a separate pension of ₹3000 when they reach the age of 60 years.
PM Kisan Credit Card
The PM Kisan Credit Card is issued by the central government to the farmers registered under the PM Kisan scheme. These credit cards enable the farmers to take advances at affordable interest rates.
PM Kisan ID Cards
As per a report by zeenews.india.com, the government is also looking to provide farmers with PM Kisan ID Cards based on the data received from the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The card will link the land records of the farmers to ensure that only eligible farmers get the benefits of various state schemes.
