From the last few weeks there has been much speculation regarding the PM Kisan 10th installment date of release of the money and its crediting into the beneficiaries' bank account. Now, giving a new year gift to the farmers, the central government has informed that the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan) 10th installment will be credited on January 1, 2022. According to a report by dnaindia.com, as per the information given in the message sent to the farmers, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 10th installment under PM Kisan Yojana at 12 PM on January 1, 2022.

PM Modi will also release equity grants to farmer producer organizations and will interact with farmers through video conferencing, according to the message sent to the beneficiaries. It can be noted that the PM Kisan Scheme was announced by the central government in the year 2019. The scheme provides income support to all landholding farmers' families in the country to supplement their financial needs for procuring various inputs related to agriculture and allied activities as well as domestic needs.

Under the scheme an annual financial benefit of ₹6,000 is provided to eligible beneficiary farmer families. The amount is credited directly to the bank account of the famers in three equal installments of ₹2,000 each, every four month.

Step 1: To check PM Kisan 10th installment status, visit the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi website at pmkisan.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the 'Beneficiary Status' tab present on the home page.

Step 3: Select either of the options - Aadhaar number, Account number, or Mobile number.

Step 4: After choosing the selected option, click on 'Get Data'.

How to check PM Kisan 10th installment status Via PM Kisan Mobile App:

Step 1: Download the PM Kisan Mobile Application. For that go to the official website of PM Kisan or click on the link- https://pmkisan.gov.in/.

Step 2: From the Farmers Corner available on the right side of the homepage click on 'Download PMKISAN Mobile App'. However, You can also directly go to the Google Play store on your Android device and type PM Kisan App and can download it from there as well.

Step 3: Similar to the official website, using the PM Kisan Mobile Application, beneficiaries can register themselves, check the status of their registration and payments, correct name as per Aadhaar, know about the scheme and even know helpline numbers.
