Manage screen time with Samsung Galaxy F23 5G
Under the Digital wellbeing and parental controls Setting, you get several options to set for yourself such as Screen time, App timers, and bedtime mode. On one side, Bedtime mode will mute all your calls and alerts and the screen will change to a grayscale to let you have a good sleep without the phone disturbing you with notifications. And on the other, Screen time lets you set a specific goal time while exceeding which makes you alert about your excessive use of your smartphone. Here's how to set it.
How to set Screen time on Samsung Galaxy F23 5G
Head into your Settings and then scroll down to Digital Wellbeing and parental controls.
Now scroll down to Screen Time and tap on it.
Once you enter the Screen Time settings, it will ask you to choose the days for which you want to set your screen time goal.
Now, select the time duration.
After that, it will start showing you the remaining time to use your smartphone. When it will be over, it will remind you with the text “Time to take a break”.
