Windows 11 has been out for a few months now and one of the new aspects of the OS is its new taskbar. Microsoft went for a macOS-style taskbar design with a centered Start menu positioning and a lot of slots to pin app. However, there's still no way in Windows to add a second Taskbar, which could be a bummer for productivity seekers. Thankfully, there are third party apps to take advantage of.

Windows 11 supports a third-party app called Linkbar. Linkbar is a free app that allows to add a new taskbar to Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7 and Windows Vista. The app allows you to add multiple taskbars on the desktop.

Note that Linkbar is not available on the Windows taskbar and hence, you will need to download it from a third-party website. Hence, you need to exercise caution while downloading the files.
