The report claims that the LPDDR5 RAM will be a faster and more efficient type of memory compared to the old LPDDR4 RAM which powers the current iPhone 13 series. This is a major power boost for the iPhone 14 which is sure to strengthen iPhone’s position as the fastest smartphone in the market. (Front Page Tech)

4/5 A report by Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, previously tipped that the next flagship A16 Bionic chip will be powering the iPhone 14 Pro models. On the other hand, the non-Pro models will continue with an upgraded version of the A15 Bionic chipset, which currently powers the iPhone 13 Pro models. (Amritanshu / HT Tech)

The iPhone 14 is expected to have thin-flat edges, larger camera bump, new notch design and more. However, since there is no official confirmation from Apple, all this information must be taken with a grain of salt as they are still unconfirmed reports. So, until the iPhone 14 series officially launches in September or October, we just might have to wait. (FrontPageTech)

Apple iOS 16 has brought many new and interesting experiences for iPhone users! Whether it is the new customisable lock screen feature or the tweaks in the existing features to make the iPhone experience more enriching - the iOS 16 has a lot to offer. One of these is the Focus Mode, which was helping iPhone users earlier to reduce distractions and let the user concentrate on a single task by blocking notifications. Now, Apple has added several improvements which will let you customize the notification while being in Focus mode. Unlike earlier, now Focus mode supports selecting a few apps and even contacts to filter out the notifications.

Just follow these steps and silence the notifications from specific contacts or apps on iPhone 13, iPhone 12 and other iOS 16 supported devices.

How to silence notifications in Focus Mode on iPhone

Step 1:

To silence notifications in Focus Mode from a specific app or contact, you will need to  have the latest iOS 16 update. It is currently, in the public beta stage, which can be tested by all iPhone users, but the final version will be launched along with the iPhone 14 in September.

Step 2:

Once your iPhone is running on iOS 16, open the Settings on your Apple iPhone and open the apps list.

Step 3:

Once the app opens, then simply tap on the Focus option from the list and this will open up the Focus Settings page.

Step 4:

Now select the focus profile or tap on the “+” button available at the top-right corner to create a new one.

Step 5:

In case you're creating a new Focus profile, then you can assign a name and icon. After that tap the People section. While, if you have selected an already existing Focus profile then simply tap the People section on the next screen.

Step 6:

Ensure that the “Silence Notifications From” option is checked. Now click the “+” button to add the contacts to whom this new Focus setting will apply.

Step 7:

Now tap the “Done” and it’s completed! You will no longer have the notification from the selected people during the Focus Mode.
