Jio users who wish to avail these services have to save the number 7000770007 on their phone, and then send a “Hi” text message on WhatsApp. Once the message is sent, the Jio bot on WhatsApp will ask you about your query. The Jio WhatsApp bot is currently available in English and Hindi, and support for more Indian languages is expected to roll out soon. It is available in English by default but you can change it by sending a “Set language” text message on WhatsApp.

Jio users can type out the specific query or choose from the options available in the menu. When the recharge option is selected, Jio will display some prepaid plans on WhatsApp. Once the recharge plan is selected, you will be redirected to Jio's official site to complete the payment.
