1/7 The week of December 2022 has been great for smartphone lovers as it has been marked by a number of stellar releases. It all started with the launch of Tecno Phantom X2 and Phantom X2 Pro which came to Dubai this week. The former is confirmed to roll out in India later this month. The Tecno Phantom X2 features a 120Hz curved AMOLED display, and a 64MP+13MP+2MP camera setup and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 5G. On Monday home brand Lava unveiled its new X series smartphone, Lava X3, with exclusive features.

The new budget-friendly smartphone X3 packs a 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, which can be further expanded up to 512 GB. This new smartphone comes in three colors-Arctic Blue, Charcoal Black and Luster Blue.

Lava X3 price is in just Rs.6999. The company says that the smartphone will be available for pre-order on selected platforms from 20th December, 2022.

Lava X3 comes with features such as 8MP camera Dual AI Rear Camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front camera for selfies. The camera offers various modes which will allow users to explore features like AI Mode, Beauty Mode, HDR Mode, Portrait Mode, Night Mode, AR Stickers, GIF, QR Scanner and Timelapse.

The Handset is powered by Android 12 Go, while also featuring a 16.55cm (6.5 inches) display and MediaTek Helio A22 chipset with a clock speed of up to 2.0 GHz.

The device comes equipped with a rear fingerprint scanner to ensure safety.

The new Lava X3 has a 4000mAh battery, dual 4G SIM support, and a Type C charging port.

Apart from this, in the month of November, Lava had launched another budget-friendly smartphone, the Blaze NXT. It offered a premium glass back and octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 chipset. It was priced at Rs. 9299.
