Google is rumored to finally come up with a Google-branded Android tablet that will compete with the successful 7-inch Amazon Kindle.

CNET mentions that the Google tablet is currently in production and is expected to cost about $199, and will sport 1280x800 resolution, with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Looks like Google is making the best out of its acquisition of Motorola mobility, by coming up with a unified hardware and software ecosystem.
