After smartphones, Realme now looks to sell hair dryers, beard trimmers in India

Realme hair dryer? Beard trimmer? Realme has been selling smartphones in India for quite some time and it is now looking to sell totally different products. And yes, there is also the Buds 2 Neo earbuds too.

Realme Buds 2 Neo (Realme)

Realme has launched the Buds 2 Neo earbuds, Realme Hair Dryer and the Realme Beard Trimmer and the Realme Beard Trimmer Plus in India today. This follows Realme's announcement in May 2021, about the launch of its personal tech brand called Dizo. The aim that Realme had explained at the time was to ‘offer solutions that are aligned to the needs of every different consumer'. At the time, Realme had also said that Dizo products will be coming to India soon followed by Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Africa. Today, the company announced the first set of products under its personal tech portfolio.

Realme Buds 2 Neo price and specs

The Realme Buds 2 Neo come with 11.2mm dynamic drivers that offer a richer bass experience. It comes with a single button that controls various features remotely, which includes playing or pausing the music and answering or ending a call. It also consists of a 90-degree angle audio jack and a high-definition built-in microphone which Realme says ensures that a user has a clear and stable call experience. The Realme Buds 2 Neo is priced at ₹499 and they will go on sale in India starting 2PM July 1 on realme.com, Flipkart, Amazon and mainline channels.

Realme Beard Trimmer price and specs

As far as the details are concerned, the Realme Beard Trimmer and the Realme Beard Trimmer Plus come with two stainless steel blades with IPX7 water-resistant coating. This protects them from rusting or getting damaged from water. They come with a 800mAh battery that can last for about 120 minutes. Realme says that they can last for almost 12 days when used for around 10 minutes daily. Additionally, they come with a Travel Lock and a Type-C port for charging.

The Realme Beard Trimmer is priced at ₹1,299 and Realme Beard Trimmer Plus is priced at ₹1,999. They will go on sale in India starting 12PM on 5th July via realme.com and Flipkart.

Realme Hair Dryer price and specs

The Realme Hair Dryer offers 1,400 watts of power. It comes with a motor that spins up to 19,000 rpm, enabling the hair dryer to blow hot air up to 13.8m/s. It maintains a temperature of 55-60 degrees Celsius, which the company says is ideal for hair health. The Realme Hair Dryer will be available in Pure White colour variant for ₹1,999 via realme.com and Flipkart starting 12PM on July 5.
