Samsung launches new dishwashers in India starting at ₹39,500

Samsung is a brand known for its foldable display smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and flagship smartphones such as the Galaxy S20 series and Galaxy S21 series smartphones. It is also known for home appliances including washing machines, refrigerators and air conditioners. But every now and then, the Korean electronic giant divulges from this trend and launches devices that not many people have heard the company launching. Last year, Samsung launched the AirDresser for helping people santising their clothes and this time around, it has launched a new range of dishwashers in India. Although this is not the first time that Samsung is launching dishwashers in India, it is definitely one of the few times -- compared to its extensive smartphone launches throughout the year -- that you will be hearing about the company introducing such a product.

Coming back to today's launches, Samsung today launched its IntensiveWash range of dishwashers in India. Samsung says that its newly introduced dishwasher range is specifically designed for Indian cooking utensils and it can easily and effectively clean Indian cookware such as a pressure cooker and a kadhai. It comes with 13 place settings that can accommodate a large variety of dishes of different sizes in one wash cycle. Samsung claims that its IntensiveWash dishwasher range comes with a triple rinse feature that can ‘effectively remove every stain from heavily soiled dishes and ensures elimination of 99.99% of lingering food bacteria'.

This new range of dishwashers also comes with an AutoRelease drying feature that allows the dishwasher door to automatically open by 10cm to allow steam to escape for faster and better drying results than conventional methods.

Additionally, this new range comes with an LED display and a smart leakage sensor to protect from any water leaks. Samsung says that its newly launched IntensiveWash dishwasher range silently washes for a quieter kitchen at 44 dB and 52 dB sound level.
