New year is about to begin and there are several smartphone launches already lined up. From Samsung Galaxy S23, iPhone 15 to a lot more- here are some of the upcoming smartphones.

The year 2023 is almost here and people are already in a celebration mode. Apart from the celebrations, people are also excited for some of the smartphone launches that the upcoming year will witness. Smartphone companies like Samsung, Apple, Google, among others are already working on their upcoming devices and we have already started seeing leaks and rumours of the same. Some of the smartphones that are said to be launching in 2023 include iPhone 15 series, Samsung Galaxy S23, and more- check the list below.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Series

The Galaxy S23 series which includes Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to launch on February 1, 2023. According to reports, Samsung is expected to host a Galaxy Unpacked event on February 1 and will announce the launch of the devices. However, there is no official confirmation of the same from Samsung.

Talking about the phones, the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus are expected to get a new rear design along with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. While, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is likely to get a 200MP camera sensor along with a 10MP telephoto camera.

Apple iPhone 15 Series

Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 15 series in September 2023. According to the leaks and rumours the company is going for several major changes to the devices. According to Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had earlier said that Apple is expected to create massive differentiation between iPhone 15 Pros and iPhone 15 standard models. He also stated that the company may create differentiation between the iPhone 15 Pro Max and the iPhone 15 Pro models in order to generate more sales and profits in a mature market. Some of the expected changes the iPhone 15 models can get are a USB-C port, using solid-state buttons, A17 Bionic chip, among others.

Google Pixel Fold

Google is working on foldable phones in order to give a tough competition to Samsung, Oppo, and other smartphone companies. According to reports, Google is expected to launch its first foldable phone- the Pixel Fold, in May 2023. The phone is likely to get a Tensor G2 chipset and may feature a triple camera setup. Apart from the Pixel Fold, Google is also said to be working on the Pixel 8 series that may launch in 2023.

Samsung Galaxy Z series

Other than the Galaxy S23 Series and Galaxy A542, Samsung is also likely to launch the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Fold 5 in 2023.
