According to Twitter, Wordle is the second most talked about game in Q1 of 2022 so far globally. With nearly 800 million tweets about it, the NY Times owned game is gaining more and more popularity with each passing day.

Wordle was beaten to the No.1 spot by Genshin Impact, an RPG popular particularly in South-east Asia. However, compared to Genshin Impact’s publicity, Wordle has exceeded expectations. (Reuters)
